A menu to remember
I will work with you to gather your ideas and then brainstorm them into a divine feast designed to enrich your day and delight your guests. Each course flows effortlessly into the next, with complimenting wines and embellishments for everything from dry-aged Scottish fillet steak to the finest Scottish hand-dived scallops.
If you have a taste for traditional Scottish game, perhaps hot roasted pheasant breast stuffed with haggis, smoked to seal the flavour would feel at home on your menu? Or maybe a taste from across the world, like miso and honey marinated duck breast served with a side of Asian veg and crispy noodles, would add the cherry to the top of your perfect day. I provide anything from a lavish three or four-course, fine dining experience to a high-end buffet filled with exquisite flavours and textures; the only limit is your imagination.

My team, which includes a certified Master Chef of Great Britain, communicates directly with your venue to manage every aspect of the catering process, from the menu to sourcing tables and chairs, linen, and crockery.
